Refund Policy

What we sell

A one-time download pass for a single document. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel or renew.

You see the result before you pay

Likhly shows your document as a full preview, in your own handwriting, before any payment is taken. Please check the preview carefully — that is your opportunity to confirm the output is what you want.

We will refund you in full if

• your payment was taken but no download pass was granted;
• you were charged more than once for the same document;
• a fault on our side prevented the document from generating, and it could not be resolved on retry.

Try a retry first

A pass stays valid for 24 hours and re-issues automatically, so a download interrupted by a lost connection or a closed tab can usually be completed by returning to the site and trying again. That is faster than a refund.

We generally cannot refund

• change of mind after a document has downloaded successfully;
• dissatisfaction with the handwriting style, where the free preview showed that style before payment;
• problems caused by your own device or browser, or a document larger than the size the tool states it can handle.

If something has gone wrong that is not on this list, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than argue about it.

How to request a refund

Email us with your payment reference and a short description of what happened. Payment references appear on your payment confirmation and begin pay_.

Timelines

Request a refund within 7 days of payment. We acknowledge requests within two working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
