Privacy Policy

Likhly is an account-free tool. There is no sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, school, or date of birth.

Your assignment text never leaves your browser

Conversion to handwriting runs entirely on your own device. When you buy a download pass we send the number of words to our server so the correct bundle can be priced — never the text itself.

Your handwriting sheet never leaves your browser either

When you photograph the Match My Style sheet, the image is read on your device and the resulting handwriting style is stored in your browser's local storage so you do not have to enrol again. It is not uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently, and we cannot restore it for you.

What we do store

When a payment succeeds we record the payment reference, the order reference, the amount, which bundle was bought, the reported word count, and the time. That is our sales record, and we keep it for accounting and tax purposes.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment provider. We never see or store them, and Razorpay's own privacy notice governs that data.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your enrolled handwriting and your preferences. We do not currently run any third-party analytics or advertising, and we set no advertising cookies.

Who else touches your data

Razorpay, to take payment; and our hosting and database providers, purely to run the service. We do not sell data to anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no account for you, there is usually nothing to delete. If you have paid and want your sales record removed, email us with your payment reference and we will respond within two working days. We may be required to retain transaction records for tax purposes.

Children

Likhly is intended for students. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge of a parent, guardian, or teacher.
